DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB
- A consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional overtime opportunities available.
- Your day will revolve around ensuring our systems work flawlessly-keeping the benefits web portal up to date and accurate while coordinating ID card setup, review, and distribution with precision.
- You'll manage benefit configurations, respond to inquiries from HR teams, brokers, and providers, and troubleshoot technical issues that impact user access.
- Each task you complete contributes to a seamless experience for our clients, making your role essential to our success.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A high school diploma
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred:
- 2–5 years in self-funded insurance
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of benefit plans and eligibility processes will stand out
