Responsibilities

• Shop, organize, and collect products to complete orders from assigned lists
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
• Communicate with leadership to resolve problems or questions
• Execute projects to complete tasks on time and revise as needed to meet requirements
• Perform assigned goals and assist others in accomplishing their goals
• Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Work independently and collaboratively with the team
• Use basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
• Complete basic mathematical equations
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude, contributing to a positive team atmosphere
• Follow SCHEELS policies and procedures
• Be flexible to work assigned schedules between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Sunday, including varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Genuine and consistent customer service, treating co-workers, customers, and partners with respect
• Approach tasks with energy, urgency, and a desire to become a knowledge expert
• Show respect and appreciation for others and SCHEELS
• Arrive to work and meetings 10 minutes early
• Team mentality with a genuine interest in helping others
• Teachability: eagerness to listen, learn, apply knowledge, and accept feedback

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
• Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects

Pay

Earn $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time Web Order Fulfillment associates are expected to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work assigned schedules between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
