About the role

We are seeking a Web Experience Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the user experience across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of user-friendly websites and web applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content strategists to ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve website performance and user satisfaction
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies and trends to inform decision-making
• Manage and optimize website analytics to track user behavior and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects from conception to completion
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with web analytics tools and methodologies

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Sitecore
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
