Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications using React and TypeScript
• Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces that support resident, property management, and internal operational experiences
• Develop reusable components and shared application libraries to promote consistency and scalability
• Integrate front-end applications with enterprise APIs and backend services
• Support enhancements to experiences, including Support Center, Account Hub, tracking capabilities, notification preferences, and chatbot functionality
• Develop solutions supporting resident onboarding, account management, resident status visibility, and household management capabilities
• Participate in discovery sessions, solution design workshops, sprint planning, and backlog refinement activities
• Collaborate with product, UX, architecture, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions
• Support functional testing, defect remediation, user acceptance testing, and production validation activities
• Participate in production deployments, hypercare support, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues across multiple environments

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional web application development experience
• Strong proficiency with React
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript
• Experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end development practices
• Experience building responsive web applications using HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
• Experience with Git and source control best practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Express.js
• Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation
• Experience with Drizzle ORM
• Experience building customer-facing portals or self-service applications
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms, APIs, and microservices architectures
• Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Experience working in telecommunications, multifamily, SaaS, or large enterprise environments

Pay & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
