About The Role

We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining high-performing, conversion-focused websites tailored for B2B manufacturing and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of development, user experience, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for transforming design systems into fast, scalable, and easy-to-manage websites that deliver real business results. Collaborating closely with our design, SEO, and strategy teams, you will oversee the entire development lifecycle—from initial build to launch and ongoing improvements. Your expertise will ensure websites are not only visually appealing but also optimized for speed, accessibility, and SEO, providing an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience working within the WordPress ecosystem and Visual Builder frameworks (Divi, Gutenberg, etc.)
• Deep experience creating custom themes and flexible content architectures using Advanced Custom Fields and custom development
• Proficiency in building fully custom page templates, modules, and reusable components
• Experience deploying websites across staging and production environments
• Familiarity with modern hosting platforms and deployment workflows
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance development efficiency and problem-solving
• Strong proficiency in PHP for theme and custom functionality development
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design best practices
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to propose and implement process improvements
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop custom websites using modular, component-based theme frameworks
• Translate Figma design systems and prototypes into responsive, production-ready builds
• Build and maintain flexible content structures utilizing custom fields and dynamic templates
• Customize and extend page builder environments for scalable, reusable layouts
• Collaborate with design teams during handoffs to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Implement integrations with third-party platforms, CRMs, and marketing tools
• Support eCommerce functionalities, including product structures, shopping carts, and checkout flows
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals
• Manage deployments across development, staging, and live environments
• Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and continuously improve site performance
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and troubleshooting processes
