EAir LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC equipment and parts
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Document and escalate issues to appropriate personnel
- Assist in training new employees on technical procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HVAC or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within the local area

Skills
- Proficient in HVAC systems and components
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
