POSITION SUMMARY: As part of the Bass Pro Hospitality Marketing Team, you’ll partner with both in-house creative peers at Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO., along with agency partners to oversee all hospitality branded websites including Big Cedar Lodge, Bass Pro Angler’s Lodge, Big Cypress Lodge, and Finley Farms. This position is responsible for the ongoing design, development, maintenance, and content upkeep of each brand’s URL and website presence. In addition, this position will also support the team’s digital advertising objectives through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and related pixel and digital ad connectivity to brand sites. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Website management including design, content generation and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHPCollaborate with IT departments and third-party web and technology partners to maintain successful SEO Collaborate with other hospitality departments to maintain content needs on websites; property events, leisure sales promotions, etc. Stay educated and in-tune with new website trends in design and functionalityMonitor site analytics for all hospitality brands in GA4 by creating and maintaining relevant reports for tracking KPIs in GA4 and making improvements based on findingsAnalyze relevant metrics and data and provide regular reports to Director of Marketing and Leadership TeamThorough knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, working primarily in a Macintosh environment Bring concepts to life by creating strong digital visual messages with a targeted purposeThorough understanding of digital ad specs and UTM links Proofread web content for grammar and spelling accuracy Additional Responsibilities Develop annual website and digital marketing plan to accompany the overall hospitality marketing plan. Use cloud-based operating systems to store and organize information. Provide superior service to our customers (both internal and external), while upholding service standards Must possess a sense of urgency and be solutions oriented and/or approach challenges with a problem-solving mindsetTravel to other properties as neededOther duties as assigned EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's DegreeBachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Website Development, Graphic Arts, Computer Science, Communications or related field 4+ years in website/design related field Analytical skills required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: Design, develop, and maintain engaging, user-friendly websites that align with brand standards and business objectivesCreate, update, and manage website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and an optimal user experienceUtilize WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to support website functionality, enhancements, and troubleshootingDevelop digital content and creative assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS-based design toolsMonitor website performance and user engagement through Google Analytics and recommend improvementsCollaborate with marketing, operations, and corporate teams to support digital marketing initiatives and business goalsManage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment while meeting deadlinesProduce clear, effective written content tailored to target audiences across web and digital channelsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers by understanding and addressing their needsAnalyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve website performance, content effectiveness, and user experienceApply creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital solutions and enhance online engagementEnsure all digital content and website updates comply with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and quality expectationsDemonstrate strong organizational, communication, and project management skills while contributing as a collaborative team memberSupport continuous improvement efforts through data-driven decision-making, customer feedback, and emerging web technologies TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Seldom/Never PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Regularly sitting, standing, walking, and doing computer work Seldom/Never lifting up to 50 lbs INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT: Performs duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives.
