Web Content Creator

About the role

Meubles, one of Ireland’s leading independent furniture and homewares retailers, is seeking a full-time Web Content Creator to support our busy marketing department. The role focuses on growing online sales via www.meubles.ie by creating and managing product listings to maximize sales, profit, and customer satisfaction. The position is based at our Kilkenny City Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Website Data Entry
  • Collate product information and images, liaising with buyers and suppliers.
  • Produce product meta descriptions, titles, attributes, and other web-related content.
  • Input information into the backend stock management system via Excel and test results.
• Website Graphic Design
  • Collate and enhance imagery and photography for the website.
  • Develop promotional banners for offers, seasonal products, etc.
  • Create landing pages for campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
  • Design email campaigns to promote the website and in-store sales.
• SEO/SEM
  • Assist in enhancing organic search through keyword refinement and content curation.
  • Support PPC advertising by refining keywords and analyzing competitors.
  • Contribute to Google Analytics reporting and insights.
• Other Duties
  • Assist with social media campaigns, including participating in photoshoots and reels.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written, visual, and verbal).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva.
• Experience in SEO (e.g., Yoast, Moz).
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Magento, WordPress).
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Willingness to take on a variety of tasks.

Note: This is not a dedicated social media role, though participation in social media reels for product demonstrations is encouraged.
