Web Architect
Overview
[10-week contractor to start, with potential for FT conversion]
Responsibilities
- Implement and continuously upgrade Amca’s external and internal front-end web presence.
- Ensure all sites are fast, pleasant to navigate, and representative of Amca’s ambitions and brand.
- Work with the Senior Lead of Design, Senior Manager of Creative and Marketing, and the software engineering team.
- Bleed the role of blending UI/UX design and web development: UI/UX design - Implementing Amca’s brand system into creative and user-friendly web experiences. Web development - Writing clean, fast code focused on the front-end in collaboration with Amca’s broader software engineering team.
Compensation
$8k-12k monthly
Qualifications
- A creative UI/UX designer with a track record of building websites for design-forward brands.
- A skilled web developer who can implement the ideas designed.
- Moves quickly and has the potential for full-time conversion after completing certain tasks.
