About the role

Full Visibility is seeking a mid-level Web Application Developer for a hybrid role located in Winchester, VA. The candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance. Individuals selected for this position may be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations and must maintain required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout employment.

The Web Application Developer will design, test, and develop well-structured, testable, and efficient web-based software using best practices to meet user needs. Responsibilities include recommending software upgrades, translating UI/UX design wireframes, ensuring software functionality through maintenance and testing, and documenting all aspects of the application or service.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and develop web-based software using best development practices.
• Recommend software upgrades for current and future systems.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into functional applications.
• Maintain and test software to ensure continued functionality.
• Document every aspect of the application, service, or environment for future reference.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Eligibility Clearance.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Web Application Engineering experience.
• Understanding of translating UI/UX design wireframes.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the past 6 years in one of the following:
  • AWS Cloud-based Services
  • Python
  • Java
  • C#

Pay

A reasonable salary range for this position is $80,000–$125,000, determined by local market conditions, candidate qualifications, skills, education, and experience.
