This role involves hands-on technical expertise in building modern, scalable web applications with a focus on AI-driven features. The ideal candidate combines strong front-end development skills in ReactJS with robust Python backend experience, including the design and integration of LLM-powered applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith. Key Responsibilities Front-End Development Design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using ReactJS, including state management, component architecture, and integration with RESTful and streaming APIs.Python Backend Development Develop and maintain scalable backend services in Python, exposing clean APIs to support front-end and AI-driven functionality.LLM Application Engineering Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered features using LangChain and LangGraph, including building conversational agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and multi-step agentic workflows.API Design & Integration Build and maintain well-documented APIs that connect front-end applications with backend services and third-party LLM providers.CI/CD & Deployment Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to streamline code deployment, testing, and release cycles for web applications.Cloud Deployment Deploy and maintain web applications and backend services in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure), ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency.Security & Compliance Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to embed best practices into the development lifecycle, including secrets management, secure API design, vulnerability scanning, and compliance automation. Qualifications Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.TS/SCI with Polygraph.Proven experience building production web applications with ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Strong proficiency in Python, with experience developing backend services and APIs (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, or Django).Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith, or comparable LLM orchestration and observability frameworks.Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment on AWS or Azure.Understanding of secure development practices and compliance requirements. Target salary range $180,001 - $220,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
