About the role
We're hiring a Weatherization & HVAC Operations Supervisor to lead and support our energy-efficiency upgrade programs across multiple counties. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or weatherization, strong supervisory skills, and a commitment to professional development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Weatherization and HVAC crews
- Manage work orders, replacement equipment, inventory, and documentation
- Oversee quality control and inspections
- Coordinate client recruitment, outreach, and education efforts
- Maintain accurate records, inventories, and reporting across counties
- Train, coach, and develop staff in alignment with DOE requirements and the Utah Weatherization Field Guide
- Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, trust, and teamwork
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background checks and drug/alcohol screening
- Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork
- Minimum 2 years of weatherization or supervisory experience
- CDL or forklift certification (preferred)
- Nonprofit experience (preferred)
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Experience working with individuals and families experiencing poverty (preferred)

- Bachelor's degree or technical certification

Work Environment & Physical Demands
This role is primarily office-based with occasional visits to client homes. Physical demands are generally light and infrequent, with some standing, driving, and lifting (50 lbs. or more).
