Job Responsibilities
- C Conduct on-site home inspections
- B Prepare audit packed with data collected from inspection
- C Maintain and / or track job status
- D Enter home modeling information into data base
- E Communicate with contractors and clients to ensure completion of work to specifications
- F Prepare and send cost estimates and work orders for crews and contractors
- G Attend training sessions to maintain industry standards and best practices
- H Maintain all required licenses to perform job duties
Qualifications
- A High school diploma or equivalent
- B Experience in home inspections or related field preferred
- C Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures
- D Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- E Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- F Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- G Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
