Weather & Climatology Analyst, Global Security Intelligence

Join an innovative team that delivers tailored products and services to protect our customers and business operations. In this role, you will proactively identify, analyze, and inform relevant weather and climate trends and translate customer requirements into scalable, actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret climate data, radar, and satellite imagery using statistical methods and impact models.
• Proactively identify and analyze relevant threats and trends and produce written and oral briefs, in a cohesive and concise format to serve customers across business lines.
• Monitor, forecast, and effectively communicate weather, water, and climate hazards globally.
• Engage with internal customers to understand their priorities and requirements.
• Support business continuity, crisis, and security management teams, including as needed outside typical work hours during security incidents and emerging crises.

Qualifications

• Can show strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with forecasting and radar tools.

Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in meteorology, atmospheric science, or relevant experience.
• Experience handling spatial data using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $88,300.00 - $154,500.00 annually.
