Weapons and Tactics Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, and implements techniques and procedures (TTP)
• Support the development and update of Air Force Instructions
• Exercise designed learning objectives
• Develops and updates Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) policy, guidance and operations
• Understand and apply Intelligence Community Directive
• Advocate at Weapons and Tactics (WEPTAC) events and collaborate with internal / external AF DCGS stakeholders
• Align training and exercise designed learning objectives (DLO) with operational mission initiatives
• Participate in Headquarters Air Combat Command-led exercise planning and execution
• Capture lessons learned

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience or a Master’s Degree and 6 years of experience
• Experience / familiarity with Jira / Confluence
• Current TS/SCI Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DCGS operations

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
