Responsibilities
- Responds to personal financial planning client inquiries for account information or initiates transactions requested by the client. Follows up with the client via phone or email.
- Researches and prepares materials (i.e. estate agreements, marketing updates) for client meetings and presentations.
- Sets up files on new account documentation for existing clients or new business prospects.
- Makes necessary arrangements for client meetings involving travel, audio-visual aides, lunch/dinner reservations, etc.
- Complies reports for client meetings and presentations.
- Sets up files on new account documentation for existing clients or new business prospects.
- Submits account documents to the legal area and external attorneys to obtain missing information, correct documents, clarify information, and resolve problem situations.
- Performs special projects (i.e. coordinating reports, preparing account analysis and workflow reports) that require responding to specific account inquiries and issues.
- Communicates with partner areas on all aspects of a client relationship and initiates activity which fulfills a partner’s or client’s needs.
- Attends meetings and classes to keep abreast of personal financial planning products and services.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related client servicing experience.
- Knowledge of personal financial planning products and services usually acquired through on the job training is required to perform client inquiries.
- Knowledge of a variety of bank computer applications (E-Mail, trust system, Focus) usually acquired through on the job training is required to compile reports.
- Organizational and personal computer skills are necessary to prepare materials for client meetings and presentations.
Pay
Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000. Salary range is an estimate of base pay.
