About the role

Wealth Strategist is an associate-level role within a fast-growing Registered Investment Advisory firm that values entrepreneurship, education, and collaboration. You will work closely with two experienced Advisors, supporting current clients and prospects through administrative and technical assistance. The firm fosters a collaborative culture, providing deep exposure to multiple facets of financial planning and investment management. This is a hybrid position (in-office 3x/week) based in either our Scottsdale or Dallas office.

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison with existing clients to schedule and coordinate client meetings on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate action items gathered from client interactions to improve the client experience and team efficiency.
  • Gather information from clients and enter portfolio data into spreadsheets, updating entries using our financial planning tool (MoneyGuide Pro).
  • Help gather and distribute client information to outside professionals such as CPAs, bookkeepers, or estate planning attorneys.
  • Assist in organizing work papers, scanning and uploading documents, onboarding new clients, and maintaining existing client records in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively within the team to identify and delegate ad hoc client requests to appropriate team members.
  • Work closely with advisors to assist in researching and presenting custom client projects and analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Formulas, VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Ability to leverage technology to create operational efficiencies.
  • Capability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Must hold Series 65 License or be willing to test and pass within 4 months of employment.
  • Financial services or bookkeeping experience a plus.
