Seasoned professional role applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge to develop new techniques and improve processes and workflows. Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and deepen relationships to gain incremental wallet share of the affluent and High Net Worth segment using financial planning, discovery, and profiling skills.
  • Anticipate complex financial needs of clients and offer solutions through a wide range of products, services, and tools based on client profiling.
  • With support from product specialists, recognize and understand clients' banking, credit, and investment needs to provide holistic financial solutions.
  • Provide regular value-added engagement with clients, including high-touch, face-to-face meetings, consistent communication, and access to seminars.
  • Master referral opportunities to grow portfolio and proactively source, acquire, and expand high-value customer relationships.
  • Refer opportunities to segment partners (e.g., Lending Consultants, Financial Advisors, Small Business Partners, Relationship Managers).
  • Organize client events to enhance client bonding and acquire new clients through converting referral leads.
  • Manage client follow-up and adhere to all regulatory and compliance operating procedures, including KYC/AML norms.
  • Partner with branch team roles to ensure positive in-branch client experiences.
  • Assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with financial planning software (e.g., Money Guide Pro, NaviPlan Select) preferred.
  • Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies preferred.
  • Self-starter, problem solver, and goal-oriented team player able to work independently.
  • Current US FINRA Registration: SIE, Series 6, 63, and 65 OR Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent). Must meet all FINRA requirements within 150 days of starting.
  • Insurance Group 1 required; must meet all requirements within 150 days of starting.
  • Must register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) before referring clients for mortgage needs, maintain annual registration, and comply with SAFE Act regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay

Full-time salary range: $88,400.00 - $132,600.00. Eligible employees may also receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
