Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of industry-leading events, including the Hatch Awards, CMO Series, Media Innovation Day, and the Media Auction.
• Engage with members to enhance their experience through professional enrichment programs and networking opportunities.
• Assist in the development and promotion of initiatives such as the Rosoff Equity Project and Women’s Leadership programs.
• Contribute to content creation for our Content Hub, including articles, reports, and multimedia.
• Collaborate with staff and board members to drive membership growth and retention.
• Manage communications and outreach to members, partners, and the broader advertising community.

Requirements

• Passion for the advertising, marketing, or media industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in event planning, content creation, or member engagement is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
