Responsibilities
- Develop client solutions for individuals with high-net worth and handle all levels of planning situations.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients while ensuring the efficiency of the financial plan process.
- Manage all aspects of eMoney Advisor & RightCapital software programs, including assisting and training clients and Financial Advisors on the functionalities within the systems.
- Help clients connect their outside accounts and walk them through the features of their online access.
- Present financial plans to clients and prospects in either in-person or virtual meetings.
- Manage financial planning software, ensure all account connections are up-to-date, enter client data, and run reports to review financial situations.
- Auxiliary in preparing for client meetings and promoting products and services that enhance clients' economic wellbeing.
- Stay current on government policy changes affecting the financial sector.
- Assist financial advisors with gathering information for ACH and Share and Loan requests.
- Schedule incoming referrals for advisors and support Financial Advisors in a team environment with client investment services.
- Support IRA and HSA back-office processing, ensuring tax-deferred accounts are properly configured, documented, and transactions are properly registered.
- Maintain compliance with IRA and HSA regulations and policies, stay updated on new regulations and requirements for qualified accounts.
- Open qualified accounts and assist with service requests such as certificate updates and member questions.
- Support members with required minimum distributions, annual contributions, and year-end tax requests.
- Maintain documentation of all processes for IRA and HSA functions.
- Seek out and implement efficiencies and service/process improvements.
- Exercise strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Consumer financial health needs.
- Ability to manage a varying range of duties and responsibilities.
- Apply mathematical concepts such as logic, decimals, computation, logic, statistics, and analysis.
- Use reasoning ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Network and make presentations in and to both small and large groups.
- Explain the Empeople value proposition.
- Recognize and recommend opportunities to improve employee and member experiences.
- Operate software for sales and service delivery including CRM systems.
