What You’ll Do
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand goals, priorities, and financial needs.
- Build tailored financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax strategy, insurance, and long-term planning.
- Present clear recommendations and guide clients through decisions in a simple, understandable way.
- Manage ongoing client relationships, run review meetings, and adjust plans as life and markets change.
- Stay organized and compliant using our planning, CRM, and portfolio tools.
- Work with our internal team for onboarding, service, and operations support.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor (RIA experience ideal).
- Active licenses required for your state and CFP.
- Strong planning and communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting advice to a wide range of clients and keeping relationships over time.
- A growth mindset and interest in working with a firm that uses modern marketing, automation, and planning tools.
- Clean compliance record.
- $20+ million AUM that will follow you during a transition.
Preferred
- CFP, CFA, or similar credential.
