What You’ll Do

  • Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand goals, priorities, and financial needs.
  • Build tailored financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax strategy, insurance, and long-term planning.
  • Present clear recommendations and guide clients through decisions in a simple, understandable way.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships, run review meetings, and adjust plans as life and markets change.
  • Stay organized and compliant using our planning, CRM, and portfolio tools.
  • Work with our internal team for onboarding, service, and operations support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor (RIA experience ideal).
  • Active licenses required for your state and CFP.
  • Strong planning and communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting advice to a wide range of clients and keeping relationships over time.
  • A growth mindset and interest in working with a firm that uses modern marketing, automation, and planning tools.
  • Clean compliance record.
  • $20+ million AUM that will follow you during a transition.

Preferred

  • CFP, CFA, or similar credential.
