A growing, planning-first RIA with a national footprint is adding to its Fort Lauderdale team, and they're looking for someone with 4+ years of experience who wants to build something long-term. The firm serves high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families and gives advisors real infrastructure to work with: established referral relationships, an internal advanced planning team, institutional-quality investment options, centralized operations, and up-to-date technology. If you've been operating in a second-chair capacity and you're ready for the next step, this could be the right move. There's a defined track to partnership, and longer term, a shot at participating in succession planning. The role involves: Growing and managing your own book of high-net-worth clients Delivering comprehensive, personalized financial planning and investment guidance Collaborating with the firm's planning, investment, and wealth management teams on integrated client solutions Bringing in new business through your network, referrals, and business development Acting as a dependable, long-term advisor clients can count on What they're looking for: At least 4 years of client-facing experience within an RIA A Bachelor's degree and CFP (both required) Some track record in business development Familiarity with financial planning tools, custodian platforms, and CRM systems Pay: $100K guaranteed base for your first two years, with meaningful room to grow beyond that as you build your book.
