Wealth Management Summer 2027 Intern – Investment (Lancaster Office)

This internship offers hands-on experience working closely with Wealth Advisors and Investment Analysts to guide clients—including individuals, business owners, and families—on financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management tailored to their unique goals.

Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure to a variety of clients and wealth advisory solutions
  • Support assignments such as developing financial plans, conducting research and analysis of asset classes, investment strategies, and individual securities
  • Assist in identifying client investment goals, risk profiles, and objectives, and review investment portfolios
  • Network with peers and team members at all levels
  • Participate in team-building exercises and community outreach activities
  • Engage in continuous learning and leadership development workshops
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for efficiencies

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Desire to pursue a career in wealth management
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Essential Functions

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position as needed
  • Occasional movement within the office or client offices to access files, machinery, etc.
  • Frequent operation of computers and office productivity machinery (e.g., calculator, printer, copier)
  • Professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours and weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel locally and non-locally, including overnight travel, to meet client needs
