Wealth Management KYC Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Create, refine, and manage product requirements using Jira
• Collaborate closely with product squads
• Cook up and manage requirement reviews and approvals with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Fraud teams to ensure regulatory compliance
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between product, UX design, and business teams
• Serve as the main point of contact for requirements clarification and product-related decisions
• Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across multiple cross-functional teams
• Oversee dependency management and integration of solutions with partnering business teams
• Ensure all product deliverables comply with KYC regulations and internal compliance frameworks

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product ownership/requirements management, preferably within financial services or regulated industries
• Strong expertise in Jira and requirements management tools
• Deep knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
