Wealth Management Associate
Position Summary
Provides exceptional service to clients and supports Financial Advisors (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs)/ teams on a daily basis. Builds trusted relationships through regular interactions with clients and focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally
- Support FA/PWA/team in enhancing new and existing client relationships
- Prepare for and track follow-ups in regular meetings
- Assign work to team members as needed
- Provide backup coverage for traditional or unregistered Client Service Associate responsibilities
- Stay current on policies, procedures, and new platforms
- Participate in firm initiatives, special projects, and other duties directed by local management
Education, Experience, Knowledge And Skills
- 5+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position required
- Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred
- Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA), Series 63 (AG), Series 65 (RA) required
- Additional product licenses may be required
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
- Technically proficient and quick learner of new and updated platforms
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Expert knowledge of basic personal computer, MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and internet applications
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven

Base pay ranges from $68,000 to $120,000 annually at the commencement of employment, with individualized determination based on the position.
