What You'll Do Manage and grow relationships with an established portfolio of HNW/UHNW clientsDeliver comprehensive financial planning and investment solutions tailored to client objectivesDeepen existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional engagement and referralsCollaborate with internal specialists across investments, estate planning, tax planning, trust, and lending solutionsServe as a trusted advisor through complex financial conversations and life transition eventsBuild and execute a disciplined business development strategy to support continued growthMaintain a high-touch client service model focused on retention, satisfaction, and long-term success What We're Looking For Minimum 5+ years of financial planning and wealth management experienceExperience advising HNW/UHNW individuals, families, and business ownersFINRA licenses including Series 7 and 63; 65 or 66 required or obtainable upon hireStrong expertise in comprehensive financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, and wealth strategiesProven ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationshipsPrior sales or business development experience preferredExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team-oriented wealth management environmentCFP® designation preferred (or active progress toward certification) Why Join?
