Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze clients' financial goals and develop tailored financial solutions.
  • Communicate complex financial solutions to clients using interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with affluent clients.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to bring compounding value and excellence to clients.
  • Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset to pursue growth and find solutions.
  • Show pride in knowledge of investment solutions and planning prowess, diagnosing clients' unique scenarios and proposing fitting solutions.
  • Thrive in an empowering and accountable environment, learning from mistakes and applying lessons to drive performance.

Requirements

  • University degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business, or equivalent experience.
  • FINRA registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66.
  • Licenses and certifications: Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) - Level I.
  • Obtain all necessary licenses within 120 days from start date.

Pay

Base pay range: $100,000/yr - $110,000/yr. Actual base salary may vary based on experience, time in role, peer base salaries, performance, business sector, and geographic location. Additional compensation may include participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
