Wealth Connect Advisor

About the role

The Wealth Connect Advisor provides personalized financial education and investment advice to clients through secure virtual meetings, phone calls, and digital planning tools. They assess each client’s goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, tax considerations, and current financial position to develop tailored recommendations that may include brokerage, advisory, and insurance solutions. Working in a team-based environment, the advisor builds and maintains relationships, conducts ongoing reviews, and partners with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver a consistent client experience. The Wealth Connect Advisor focuses on onboarding new clients to U.S. Bancorp Advisor within the Emerging Affluent client base.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and manage appointments efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, suitability requirements, and company policies

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 along with either Series 63 and 65 or Series 66
• Applicable state insurance licenses
• Bachelor’s degree, background in financial services, investments, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Three to five or more years of job-related experience in a financial sales position
• Thorough understanding of residential mortgage banking, credit analysis and approval techniques, and policies and procedures
• Demonstrated sales and marketing abilities as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills via the telephone
• Proficient with various computer software programs including Microsoft Office and financial planning applications
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Bilingual

Pay

Pay Range: $80,280.00 - $98,120.00
