Wealth Connect Advisor

About the role

A Wealth Connect Advisor helps clients navigate their financial journey through personalized advice. This role operates within a team-based advisory model, focusing on clients with $25,000 to $250,000 in investable assets. Advisors collaborate to deliver a consistent client experience while holding individual production expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through discovery and education
• Provide tailored investment recommendations
• Collaborate with peers to deepen existing client relationships
• Identify and develop new opportunities for growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• One to two years of job-related experience in financial sales
• FINRA Series 7 license
• Series 63 and 65 or Series 66 (partially licensed applicants may be considered)

• Production abilities with a results-driven mindset
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs
• Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office and related tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining consistent production activity
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Skills

• Past experience with Salesforce
• Licensed to sell Life, Accident & Health, Long-Term Care, and Annuities (required within six months of hire)

Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00
