Responsibilities
- Uncovers sales opportunities through analysis, reporting, and daily support operations.
- Works directly with individuals to address issues and respond to inquiries.
- Determines target needs and provides resolution.
- Serves as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, and assists in calls or presentations intended to solicit business.
- Prepares documentation presented to clients, including proposals, service agreements, and implementation forms.
- Sources, compiles, and interprets financial data.
- Performs analysis to determine trends in market, product, or client information.
- Provides knowledge in area of work.
- Aids in process troubleshooting for both internal and external parties.
- Assists in creating and monitoring pricing of Bank products or services, including evaluating competitor products and making suggestions to enhance the attractiveness of Bank offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Trust, Banking Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations OR
- High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations.
Prior experience in wealth management/trust or financial services. Knowledge of Trust Administration preferred.
Pay
The base pay for this position is generally between $32.00 and $43.00 per hour. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
