About the role
The Private Banker is responsible for providing banking services, primarily lending, to established custodial relationships. They provide advice, counsel, and high-level customer service to meet the financial needs of clients. This role involves supporting standards for managing net portfolio in a manner that ensures compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures, credit quality, and credit policy requirements.
Responsibilities

- Support standards for managing net portfolio in a manner that ensures compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures, credit quality, and credit policy requirements.
- Develop, manage, and retain client relationships for Wealth Banking Services.
Requirements
- NMLS registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
- Strong relationship management and lending skills.
- Thorough knowledge of private banking products and services, including credit processes.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- Ability to partner with clients to identify and service unique customer needs.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years of private wealth management experience in the financial services industry.

Pay
$103,950.00 - 127,050.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
