The Private Wealth Management team serves to manage, protect and grow. As a fiduciary, we deliver financial outcomes for our clients through team-based advice. Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial advice to a limited number of clients.
  • Support resource to other wealth advisors on team, providing leverage to execute on client advice strategies.
  • Support the delivery of comprehensive advice and customized wealth management services to clients within the practice.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the financial planning process with clients.
  • Deliver wealth, financial planning, insurance, investment, and estate planning advice to clients, as assigned.
  • Partner with Private Banking team to deliver clients lending, credit, and banking advice.
  • Proactively understand and act upon trends, attrition risks, and opportunities with clients and prospects.
  • Adept new platforms and technologies to drive operational efficiency and enhance the client experience.
  • Ensure all minimum standards of care are met across all client relationships assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides and equivalent background.
  • Must have, or possess ability to obtain, the Series 65 registration within 120 days of employment.

  • Systems thinking and complex problem solving.
  • Highly organized and can effectively multi-task.
  • Professional communicator with interpersonal skills.
  • Excel at written communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence which allow you the ability to read situations accurately and be empathic.
  • Culture carrier and great teammate.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Skills

  • Applicable experience within financial services.
  • Effective in personal networking.
  • Sales skills with acumen to close new business.
  • Experience with financial planning.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software, and familiarity in other front office software used by wealth advisors such as eMoney client portal and financial planning software.
  • Working knowledge of UMB custody and clearing platforms such as SEI and Fidelity Wealthscape.
  • Working knowledge of Workday, Peoplesoft, Archer, Skillport and Hyperion.

Compensation Ranges US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York $69,920 - $109,460
US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin $63,830 - $100,210
US Employees in all other states not listed above $57,760 - $90,960
