Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients by delivering personalized, goals-based financial advice
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, estate, tax, insurance, and wealth transfer strategies
- Conduct regular client reviews and proactively adjust plans based on life events, market changes, and evolving goals
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing ongoing counsel and education
- Partner with internal specialists (trust, tax, investment, planning and estate professionals) to deliver integrated wealth solutions
- Collaborate with Wealth Administrators and Associates to ensure client service standards are met
- Guide clients through complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence
- Maintain data on clients in system of record and CRM
Qualifications
- CFP® designation and/or CTFA credential required (or in progress with a defined timeline to completion)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning, wealth advisory, trust services, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial planning disciplines, including retirement, estate, tax, and fiduciary strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and putting clients’ best interests first
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Familiarity with financial planning tools and CRM systems
