Position Overview
A growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to provide comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and wealth preservation strategies for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
Understand each client's financial goals, objectives, and risk tolerance.
Serve as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing guidance and proactive financial planning.
Educate clients on financial concepts and investment strategies to support informed decision-making.
Develop customized financial plans tailored to each client's unique financial objectives.
Provide advice on investment management, asset allocation, retirement planning, tax-efficient investing, estate planning, and risk management.
Assist clients with wealth transfer strategies, philanthropic planning, and business succession planning.
Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments based on changing financial goals and market conditions.
Conduct market research and remain current on economic trends, investment opportunities, regulatory changes, and financial markets.
Evaluate investment strategies to ensure client portfolios remain aligned with long-term objectives.
Utilize financial planning software and investment research tools to support client recommendations.
Partner with CPAs, estate planning attorneys, insurance professionals, and other advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Coordinate implementation of financial strategies across multiple professional disciplines.
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external professionals to support exceptional client outcomes.
Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Utilize CRM systems and financial planning software to manage client relationships and reporting efficiently.
Deliver a high level of client service while maintaining long-term relationships built on trust and professionalism.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and investment research tools.
- Commitment to fiduciary responsibility, ethical conduct, and a client-first philosophy.
PREFERRED:
- CFP® designation or CFP® eligibility.
- CPA or other financial planning credentials.
- Sales and business development experience.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
