Wealth Advisor
Position Overview
A highly respected boutique Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join its growing team. The firm is known for delivering a white-glove client experience and building long-term, multigenerational relationships with affluent families through comprehensive wealth management and financial planning.
The role is ideal for an accomplished advisor who excels at relationship management, enjoys serving as a trusted financial partner, and wants to focus on delivering exceptional client service rather than heavy prospecting.
With a strong referral network generating 2–4 qualified client opportunities each week, advisors spend significantly less time on business development and more time providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management advice.

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's objectives.
- Cook up with internal and external planning specialists on advanced planning matters, including estate planning, trust strategies, and tax planning.
- Guide clients through retirement planning, investment management, risk management, and wealth preservation strategies.
- Ensure financial plans remain aligned with evolving client needs and market conditions.
- Manage and convert qualified prospective client opportunities generated through the firm's referral network and reputation.
- Partner closely with fellow advisors and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through ongoing relationship management.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the practice through outstanding client service and relationship development.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience as a Wealth Advisor, Financial Advisor, or Relationship Manager serving high-net-worth clients.

- Strong financial planning and wealth management expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Professional, polished, and client-focused approach.
Preferred
- Existing client relationships are welcomed but not required.
- Advanced trust, estate, or tax planning expertise is not required, as dedicated specialists provide support in these areas.
