As a Wealth Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them navigate complex financial decisions and achieve their long-term goals. Working collaboratively with an experienced team of advisors and client service professionals, you will lead client relationships, deliver comprehensive financial planning, and provide customized wealth management solutions. You will report to senior leadership and contributes to client retention, business development, and the growth of the practice.
What You'll Do
- Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, executives, and business owners
- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, investment, tax, estate, risk management, and cash flow planning
- Lead client meetings and present tailored wealth management strategies aligned with client goals
- Manage client investment portfolios, making recommendations based on investment goals, risk tolerance, and market conditions
- Cookordination with attorneys, accountants, and other professional advisors to implement integrated planning strategies
- Create new business through referrals, networking, centers of influence, and prospect meetings
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements helping clients
- Ensure all client activities and recommendations comply with firm policies and regulatory standards
- Mentor and collaborate with Associate Wealth Advisors and support team members to deliver outstanding client experience
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory, or financial services
- CFP®, CFA®, CPA, or other relevant professional designations
- Demonstrated experience growing client relationships
- Knowledge of investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management concepts
- Experience developing comprehensive financial planning recommendations and communicating them
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strong business development and networking skills with a client first mindset
- Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- FINRA Series 65 license or equivalent registration required, or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe

- Base salary of $90,000-$120,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
