About the role
This position is primarily responsible for driving new revenue on behalf of FNB Wealth Management within an assigned region. The Wealth Advisor leads and delivers the new client experience through a consultative manner, working closely with clients and the FNBWM relationship team to develop proposed solutions. Key focus areas include:
- Personal Wealth Management with a focus on high-net-worth (HNW) clientele
- Institutional Wealth Management
- Retirement Plan Services, including 401(k) and pension plans
Responsibilities
- Promotes the Wealth Management (WM) model internally to business partners to develop organic sales opportunities.
- Collaborates with internal bank networks and external contacts to generate leads for WM.
- Sells investment services directly and indirectly to clients, prospects, employees, Centers of Influence, community leaders, and others to positively impact financial results.
- Meets with prospects, identifies needs, and presents tailored solutions.
- Drives revenue for FNTC and FNBIA.
- Prepares all required documentation for investment services and products in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Manages time and referral sources to maintain a steady flow of sales through lead generation, follow-up, presentations, and closing.
- Prepares and submits internal reports, including sales activity, organic sales, pipeline management, business planning, and expense reports, as well as external Center of Influence calling effort reports.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all WM products and services, positioning the corporation effectively against competitors.
- Promotes FNTC products, services, and image through community involvement and attendance at local events.
- Serves as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, and managing daily risks in accordance with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
- Adheres to regulatory laws and company procedures to ensure compliance.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS).
- Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience.
- Experience in financial services or sales, with in-depth knowledge of investment principles and financial concepts.
- CTFA or CFP designation preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
