Mission Wealth is a top-ranked wealth management firm committed to excellence and community involvement. We are seeking a dedicated Wealth Advisor Associate to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts and client relationships
• Create and deliver client presentations
• Participate in client meetings: conduct data gathering, case design, and scenario building
• Manage ongoing client service and onboarding new clients
• Contribute to process improvement and innovation
• Grow professionally with support from the team and management

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a financial support role, preferably in wealth management
• Desire to achieve CFP or CFA designations
• Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable in investments, economics, accounting, and financial planning
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and relevant software
• Series 65 certification or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment
• AWMA and AAMS designations within 9 months of employment
• Sincere desire to make a positive impact through volunteer work

Pay

• $80,000 base salary
• Annual bonus paid in quarterly increments
