We're Hiring: Treatment Coordinator

About the Role

We're opening a brand-new dental office located within a multi-specialty medical center offering medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, physical therapy, and chiropractic care—all under one roof. We're looking for a Treatment Coordinator who is excited to be part of a founding team—helping build workflows, create an exceptional patient experience, and drive the success of a new practice from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Review insurance benefits, estimates, and financial options
• Support case acceptance by building trust and answering patient questions
• Coordinate scheduling for treatment to maximize provider productivity
• Collaborate closely with providers and front office teams
• Help establish processes and workflows in a new office environment
• Track and support key metrics such as case acceptance, production, and schedule utilization
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience from start to finish

Requirements

• Previous dental experience required (Treatment Coordinator or similar role preferred)
• Strong understanding of insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Excitement for helping launch and grow a new office
