About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Driver’s License A Truck Driver and take charge of delivering freight efficiently and safely across various routes. Your expertise in driving and load handling will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial trucks adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Plan efficient routes to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel usage and minimizing delays.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle inspections in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that arise during transit.

Requirements

• MUST have a valid Class A License.
• 1.5-year Recent Commercial Driving Experience REQUIRED.

Pay

• Compensation Base rate – cpm based on length of haul ($80,000-$100,000/year).
• Accessorial pay (layover, extra stops, breakdown, on time delivery bonus, etc.) ALL miles are paid, address-to-address.
• Annual Increase of 1 CPM for every year worked 6-month 1 CPM raises for qualifying drivers are available based on driver performance, safety, and good fuel utilization.
