About the role
We are looking for new graduates and experienced Class A CDL drivers in the Phoenix, AZ area for a dedicated lane.
Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently
- Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and perform routine checks
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Passing DOT physical exam
Qualifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge of local driving routes and traffic patterns
Skills
- Proficient in using company fleet management software
- Experience with commercial vehicle safety regulations
