PURPOSE Provide instructional services necessary to educate all students to high standards that align with district state and federal requirements guidelines and standards. REPA/REPA 3 Licensure Options: Exceptional Needs: Mild Intervention covering appropriate grades Indiana's Early Literacy Endorsementrequires teachers who teach retained grade 3 students to hold or be working toward the Early Literacy Endorsement to align with the science of reading standards for the 26-27 school year.
