Radiant Waxing St. George is seeking a skilled, motivated, and guest-focused Wax Specialist to join our growing team. As a Wax Specialist, you will work alongside talented professionals who share your passion for delivering premium waxing services.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body waxing services while ensuring every guest feels comfortable, valued, and cared for.
• Participate in marketing and guest retention initiatives to help grow your books and build lasting guest relationships.

Requirements

• Current Esthetician License
• Natural ability to make guests feel comfortable, important, and welcome
• Positive, friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
• Strong willingness to learn and receive coaching
• Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable promoting yourself and building a loyal clientele
• Willingness to work flexible days and hours
