Responsibilities

• Implement customer service standards for all internal and external clients.
• Exceed client expectations from initial inquiry to ongoing client relationship management.
• Maintain a clean and professional environment.
• Provide efficient, effective and high-quality waxing services following all defined service standards.
• Support and protect our culture.
• Follow safety standards in all aspects of performance.
• Adhere to all service provisions and sanitation standards.
• Meet established service protocols and customer service standards for both internal & external customers.
• Inform and educate clients on service offerings, retail products and membership program.
• Build and retain clients through social platforms, community engagement and other marketing efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
• A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
• Time Management Skills
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Flexible and adaptable individual who embraces being a part of a team
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Self-Motivated

Compensation

$13.00 - $20.00 per hour
