European Wax Center is the largest franchisor and operator of out-of-home waxing services in the United States. With over 1,000 locations across the country, and over 1 million waxes a month crafted to perfection, it’s safe to say we set The Smooth Standard™. We train experts who take pride in delivering a high standard of care—so every visit is consistent, and every guest leaves feeling confident.
As a Wax Specialist, you’ll help guests feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable by providing excellent body waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products. Our centers offer an upbeat, professional, and team-driven environment where your passion for beauty can turn into a successful career!
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Colorado (Experience is great but not required!)
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Excitement to learn and master the art of waxing
- Ability to perform full-body waxing (training provided!)
- Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships
- A team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced setting
- Sales experience is a plus—helping guests find the best services & products!
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to reach items stored at various heights
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Base Pay: $19.29
- Additional Compensation Increase commission earnings by recommending the best products, services, and wax passes.
- Bonuses are rewarded for hitting key goals like service add-ons and retail sales.

- We’re open 7 days a week with day, evening, and weekend shifts (Closed on major holidays!)
