Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Aid guests with questions and purchases, adhering to cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain accuracy of daily paperwork, including deposits, variances, and shift reports.
- Perform various tasks as directed to keep the facility clean and safe in the sales, storage, and pool areas.
- Rotate stock to ensure product quality and correct pricing.
- Monitor the waterslide entry to ensure guest safety.
- Report unsafe and dangerous conditions to management.
Knowledge And Certification, Skills And Abilities
- Preferred: 6 months previous cash handling experience, 6 months previous guest service experience.
- Required: Accurate and detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable, excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to walk or stand and move fast for up to 8 hours.
- Must have a good sense of balance and be able to bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, and grasp objects.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
- Must have good eye-hand coordination.
Working Environment
- Work in a waterpark environment with flashing lights, loud noises, water, humidity, and pool chemicals.
- Some outdoor work may require going onto the gaming floor with cigarette smoke.
- Flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Dealing with angry or hostile individuals and high-volume direct public contact.
