Waterjet Operator

AccuTrex Products, Inc. is a precision manufacturing company located in Canonsburg, PA. We manufacture high-precision metal components for demanding customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate high-pressure waterjet equipment
- Maintain tight tolerances and meet production standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Machine setup, loading and unloading materials
- Set offsets, monitor performance, deburr parts, and conduct quality inspections
- Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- Maintain production rates
- Detect and address equipment malfunctions
- Perform basic preventative maintenance
- Communicate effectively with production and quality teams
- Take ownership of work and consistently deliver high-quality results
Requirements
- CAD programming experience
- Strong blueprint reading skills and understanding of geometric tolerances
- Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, indicators)
- Forklift experience
- Solid math skills
- Commitment to safety and quality
Qualifications
We seek experienced operators who take ownership of their work and consistently deliver high-quality results. No specific educational background is required, but relevant experience is preferred.
Skills
Proficiency in CAD programming, strong blueprint reading skills, and experience with precision measuring instruments are essential. Forklift operation and a commitment to safety and quality are also crucial.

Schedule
This is a full-time position in a manufacturing environment requiring the ability to handle large metal sheets and lift up to 55 pounds.
