About the role

A.B.I. Resources Home Support Services provides direct support to individuals with physical disabilities and/or intellectual disabilities. The primary goal is to assist these individuals in becoming integrated into their communities or the least restrictive environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety while participants are sleeping.
• Support participants in their morning routines, including waking up, dressing, and preparing meals.

Requirements

• ABI: 1 year (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license and car

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with physical disabilities and/or intellectual disabilities
• Ability to maintain safety and support routines

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Patience and empathy
