Water / Wastewater Project Engineer - PE

Responsibilities

• Cost estimating and preliminary design
• Aiding in funding applications and environmental studies
• Performing detailed reviews, studies, analyses, and preparing detailed reports
• Developing construction plans and specifications
• Conducting detailed design calculations
• Consulting with clients to gather and relay project-related information
• Assisting in project management during construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related engineering field
• Registered Civil Engineer in the State of Arkansas
• Knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures
• Basic knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes
• Initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
• Time management and planning skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Critical thinking skills

Requirements

• Pass a drug screen
• Pass a background check
• Have a satisfactory driving record
