Water/Wastewater Project Engineer

About the role

This role involves designing and delivering essential water and wastewater infrastructure projects, from clean water supply systems to resilient wastewater networks.

Responsibilities

• Design preparation for water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Development of detailed construction plans and technical specifications
• Producing engineering studies and technical reports
• Researching and applying relevant state and local design standards
• Coinciding closely with contractors and client engineering teams
• Supporting QA/QC design reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Aiding Project Managers across a variety of active engineering projects

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in water/wastewater design
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• EIT (Engineer in Training) as a minimum requirement
